Extensive Diagnosis

As part of this extensive diagnosis, a East valley Computer tech will find the cause of crashes, lockups, unusual slowness or Internet problems. The Tech will then fix the uncovered issues — including software repair and virus and spyware removal — plus clean your computer and optimize it for faster speed and better performance.

A technician will:
Troubleshoot one computer using approved tools
Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.) using approved tools
Remove all viruses and spyware on the computer using approved tools
Apply Tech Tweaks modifications and all operating system critical updates
Remove any unneeded startup items and unneeded programs
Test operating system for proper functionality
Conduct a physical cleaning of the computer
Provide you with an estimated cost for any hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a     complete solution, if necessary
